The focal point of the room as you come into from off the kitchen is the large chicago brick fireplace that takes up most of the back wall. The 40 x 8 salt water lap pool with concrete and brick coping edge (vinyl liner) is has a brick wall and custom built wood fence creating a cozy garden courtyard. Facing the pool is a 20 x 22 studio (currently an office) and has plumbing available that could be used to convert this area into a guest house. It also makes a great pool house and exercise room. The lot is still big enough for a two car garage if desired. Currently there are parking areas on both the escambia and lakeview sides of the home.
